This role suits a skilled Chef De Partie-level professional who enjoys high-volume service while working within a well-organised and supportive kitchen team. This is a 12 week temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high kitchen standards and smooth service, including:

• Managing and running a designated kitchen section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
• Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
• Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
• Working closely with the team to maintain consistency
