Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality meals to a consistently high standard
• Supporting resident’s nutritional needs, including modified diets
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience from a rosette, fine dining, or high-end care background
• Strong knowledge of modified diets
• A team-focused approach, whether working as a Cook or supporting at Sous Chef level
• A genuine passion for food and service
