Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the bar and lounge operation while leading by example.
- Lead the bar team during service, ensuring exceptional standards at all times
- Train and develop new and existing team members
- Assign and oversee opening and closing duties
- Manage rotas and team hours, planning for future business levels
- Develop and enhance the drinks offering for guests and the team
- Actively look for ways to exceed guest expectations
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a confident and passionate hospitality leader.
- Prior experience within 5-star of luxury hotels
- Experience leading or supporting the management of a hospitality team
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging bar trends
- A hands-on approach to training and developing your team
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and flexibility
