Your Role as Sous Chef
As a senior leader in the kitchen, you will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations and step up to lead the team in their absence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing prep, service, and section management for our popular Brunch and Burger offerings, ensuring high standards of execution and presentation.
- Helping to train and motivate chefs.
- Playing a central role in delivering an efficient, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen environment.
- Maintaining a strong grasp of kitchen systems, cost control, and food safety.
What We Need From You
To join our clients team as Sous Chef, you will need:
- Bundles of passion and enthusiasm for authentic hospitality and delivering high-quality food.
- A stable background working in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment.
- Credible, positive references from former employers.
