What’s involved?

The Assistant F&B Manager will assist and deputise for the Food & Beverage manager. They will be responsible for service, ensuring high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a 4 star Hotel
• Experience working at a 2 Rosette level
• Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Strong organisational skills with attention to details
