What’s involved?
As Sous Chef you will be helping the Head Chef in running the restaurant kitchen and taking overall charge in their absence. Your role includes motivating and guiding the team of 5 chefs to ensure all dishes leave the kitchen to the require standard. The hotel group runs a standardised menu so this is a position for someone who is happy to ensure continuity with many guests staying in sister properties. And plenty of return guests

You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a High Volume, Operation and be an excellent communicator with an outstanding track record on stock control, wastage and GP.
