What’s involved?
As Senior Sous Chef you will be running the restaurant kitchen and reporting direct to the Executive Head Chef who oversees all of the multi outlet kitchens. Your role be included motivating and guiding the team of 5 chefs to ensure all dishes leave the kitchen to the require standard. The hotel group runs a standardised menu so this is a position for someone who is happy to ensure continuity with many guests staying in sister properties.

You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a High Volume, Multi Outlet Operation and be an excellent communicator with an outstanding track record on stock control, wastage and GP.
