What’s involved?
Operating on a daily basis, a skilled & accomplished baker will be responsible for running all aspects of the bakery production as well as an involved role withing the management of the kitchen team itself. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but some training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
