What you’ll be doing:
As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll work as part of a professional brigade delivering fresh, nutritious meals for pupils, staff, and guests. You’ll play a hands-on role across preparation, service, and general kitchen duties while ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie with:
Previous experience in a busy, quality-led kitchen
Strong prep skills and a positive, reliable work ethic
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
The ability to work well as part of a team
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Additional Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Certificate (issued within the last 6 months or on the update service) or willingness to complete one (cost applicable)
Access to your own transport is a benefit – the site is not easily accessible via public transport
