What will this role look like?

• As Senior Chef de Partie you will Having a hand in all areas of service, working with fresh ingredients daily and maintaining a work environment that reflects the needs and standards of the Restaurant.
• 45 – 48 hours a week with a blend of split shifts and straights with weekends being a must.

What is required from you?

It is essential to this role to have a background with no lower than 2 AA Rosette’s. We are looking for a chef who can match the standard of this restaurant where every plate is a testament to their commitment to quality and sustainability.

This role is ideally on a permanent basis however for the right candidate we will consider seasonal placement.
