Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily and weekly food preparation for the general kitchen, catering to a large number of pupils.
• Assisting in the fine dining restaurant, preparing high-quality dishes.
• Supporting the senior team in planning and preparation for a variety of special events.
• Assisting with stock control, portion control, and minimizing wastage.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with:

• Experience in banqueting or contract catering.
• Fine dining experience, demonstrating a passion for high-quality cuisine.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
