Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established care group and their beautiful 49-bedroom care home in Lewes. Specialising in dementia care, the home provides a full range of nursing services, including palliative care, respite breaks, and long-term support.

Salary: £33,000 per annum

The Role Involves:

• Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week, no late evenings)
• Leading the kitchen team in preparing fresh, seasonal meals using local produce
• Supporting up to 49 residents at full capacity
• Showcasing creativity and high standards of hospitality through your menus
• Leading by example and inspiring excellence within the kitchen
• Alternate weekends are required
