Catering for an average of 60-100 covers per evening, you’ll work as part of a strong team of 10 chefs, serving up a range of international dishes from their all-day dining menu or private dining for up to 80.

Please note; staff accommodation is not available with this role, therefore candidates should only apply if they are able to commute to the Reading area daily.

What’s involved?

As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will be passionate about delivering great food to the guest promptly. Working as part of a talented team of 10 chefs, you will be responsible for the sauce section, however, you should be a team player, willing to help in all other sections of the kitchen where needed. The successful Chef de Partie must also be strong on cooking meats and fish and will predominantly work the evening shift starting at either 12pm or 2pm.

You should have a great eye for detail when it comes to presentation and must be able to work under pressure as you will deputise in the absence of the Head Chef.
