What’s involved?
You’ll work under a talented Head Chef in a small team of 3, supporting service and using homegrown produce from the kitchen garden, and the pub’s own chicken and ducks.
Shifts are 5 days over 7 (mixture of split & straight shifts) and you’ll have some Sundays off on a rota basis.
