What’s involved?

• Lead and inspire a dedicated restaurant team as an accomplished General Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Independently manage and optimise restaurant performance, with expertise in new restaurant openings, including recruiting and team development.
• Oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and demonstrate strong financial and cost-management skills.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership on P&L reviews and strategy for process improvement.
• Work with HR to implement company policies, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Prioritise Health and Safety compliance through rigorous protocols and regular inspections.
