We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and customer focussed Bar Manager to join an established restaurant & bar. You should have excellent knowledge of sprints, wines and mixology bringing a high level of class and attention to detail to your service.

• £32,000 base Salary
• Tronc circa £10,000

What’s involved?

• Must have successfully managed a Premium Restaurant cocktail bar for at least 2 years on top of 1 years prior experience as a bartender
• Must have Excellent spirit knowledge and basic Knowledge of wine
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders, barbacks, and servers to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive guest atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu with high-quality ingredients.
• Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.
• Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
• Monitor sales, analyse financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimise profitability.
• Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.
