Rate of pay: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour + holiday pay

Platinum Recruitment are supporting a popular regatta in the Cowes area who are looking for an Chef to assist them from the 27^th July – 3^rd August.

Duties to include:

• Food preparation
• Cooking meals according to recipes or customer specifications
• Plating dishes for presentation purposes
• Managing kitchen staff members such as sous chefs and line cooks
• Ordering ingredients from suppliers when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen area at all times.
