WHAT DOES A HOTEL MANAGER DO?
A hotel manager looks after the day-to-day running of a hotel and its staff. Duties include hiring and training staff, attending to guests, creating policies, promoting events, working with suppliers, and much more.
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
To be a hotel manager you must be skilful in many areas. In particular, customer relations, problem-solving, scheduling, and training. You must also have excellent admin skills in order to organize hotel operations. Finally, you must have great communication abilities to manage your team.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR MANAGEMENT JOBS?
