About the role
As a Wedding & Events Coordinator in Hook, you’ll be the key contact for couples and clients, ensuring every detail of their special day runs perfectly. Working in a picturesque country hotel just outside Basingstoke, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in events within a supportive and professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll:

• Manage and coordinate weddings and private events from enquiry to delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is delivered flawlessly
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage timings and logistics
• Oversee event setup and ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Handle reactive enquiries – no proactive business development required

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Wedding & Events Coordinator or in a similar events role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A calm, professional approach and great attention to detail
