We’re recruiting experienced Hospitality Staff for a single, high-end hospitality site on the Isle of Wight, offering a fantastic seasonal opportunity from April to September. Set in a stunning coastal location, this role combines premium service with the lifestyle benefits of working by the beach on the Isle of Wight.

Key responsibilities:
As Hospitality Staff, you’ll be responsible for delivering a refined and memorable guest experience, including:

• Delivering professional, personalised fine-dining service
• Taking accurate food and wine orders and explaining menus and specials
• Serving food and beverages using correct fine-dining techniques

What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to speak with polished waitress or waiters who have:

• Proven fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience as a Waiter or Waitress
• Exceptional service standards and strong attention to detail
• A discreet, confident, and professional manner
• Excellent knowledge of premium food, wine, and pairings
• The ability to anticipate guest needs and personalise service
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• A calm, controlled approach in high-pressure environments
• Immaculate presentation and professional etiquette
• A reliable and consistently guest-focused attitude
