The role
As a Waiter, you’ll manage your own section, provide polished service, and work alongside the Head Waiter and kitchen to ensure every guest leaves impressed.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to every table
Work seamlessly with the kitchen team
Present dishes and wines with confidence
Maintain outstanding standards throughout service
Show enthusiasm for learning about seasonal menus and ingredients
What we’re looking for:
Experience in Rosette or 5* hospitality
Strong communication and presentation skills
A passion for high-quality service
Team player with attention to detail
