Stores Manager responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to optimise inventory management.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance against targets; prepare reports on sales figures for upper management.
• Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices for customer engagement.

Desired qualifications & skills:

• Experienced in customer service or a customer-facing role, possessing excellent customer service skills
• Mobile or who can travel around the island
• Flexible and posses a ‘Can do’ attitude
