What’s involved?
As Sous Chef you will work closely with and be part of the senior management team in the kitchen. You will supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade and ensure that excellence is achieved in the operation of the department.
Ideally you will be coming from a 4 star background in a similar role and be firm but fair with the team as well as having good administration abilities. Overall you will need to be flexible and open to learning new skills. Like many positions, attitude and leading by example will make you stand out from the crowd.
