Key Responsibilities:
In this Sous Chef near Yeovil position, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a structured catering environment.

• Catering for up to 70 students and staff daily
• Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Working a mixture of early and late shifts (typically 06:30-14:30 or 11:30-20:00)
• Maintaining high food safety and quality standards
• Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen team

This role would suit an experienced Chef looking to step into a stable and rewarding role.

• Previous experience up to Sous Chef level
• Ability to work flexible shifts within a rota
