• £39,000 to £42,000
• Service charge – approx between £9,600 to £12,000 per year

What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside a talented Executive Head Chef with a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience. Your expertise will shine while carefully and responsibly managing the day to day running of the brigade, managing menus, food safety etc.

A minimum of 5 star and 2 AA Rosette experience is required for this position.
