This hotel is part of a wider group and with this comes a huge amount of potential for any Sous Chef looking to challenge themselves to move up the ranks in the kitchen. Although the team is on the smaller side they are looking to build and are extremely well organised and need to be to cope with the a la carte restaurant as well as the banqueting side of the business.

What’s involved?
As Sous Chef you will be a key member of the kitchen brigade and will bring your talent and versatility to this exciting role. You will work closely with the Head Chef as well as the restaurant and banqueting team in providing first class cooking in a timely manner.

You will naturally be detail focussed and an outstanding communicator and will use all of these to slip into each team seamlessly.

There is no accommodation with this position so someone living close to Stourport on Severn or the means to get there would be most suitable.
