What’s involved?
As Sous chef you will play a vital role in the success of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to create and deliver fantastic seasonal British cuisine. You will also be responsible for managing junior chefs in the kitchen team and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
