What’s involved?
As Senior Sous Chef, you need support the Head Chef in creating fresh, seasonal dishes while overseeing daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency. You will mentor junior chefs, maintain high standards, and manage stock and suppliers to source ingredients, control costs, and minimise waste.
