What’s involved?
A successful Senior Sous Chef looking for a step up to Head Chef will work alongside an incredibly talented team preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Chefs will stand a better chance if they have experience within 2 AA Rosette or 3 AA Rosette or Michelin environments in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
