The successful candidate will be joining a business with a philosophy and a highly experienced award-winning chef driving for the highest standards of food and service using the best produce from the surrounding area.

You will be working with the Head Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Following their high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines
• Innovating in creating new dishes bespoke for specific clients
• Showcasing the area’s best produce
• 48-hour contract over 5 days
• Leading by example for the Chef de Parties
• Covering the Head chef when needed
• Working at a 3 rosette and above level
