Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and strengthening client partnerships:
- Develop new accounts and manage key client relationships to maximise revenue
- Execute proactive sales activity through meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Work closely with marketing, events, and global sales teams to implement MICE Business Development strategies
- Lead and mentor junior members of the sales team
- Maintain accurate records within Opera Sales & Catering and ensure clear communication across departments
- Attend trade shows, familiarisation trips, and industry events to generate business opportunities
