Key responsibilities
In this proactive Sales Manager role, you’ll take responsibility for driving commercial performance by:
- Taking a proactive approach to managing and developing key corporate, group, and catering accounts
- Actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and brand loyalty
- Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
- Developing local community connections to expand the customer base
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and demand to inform strategy
- Supporting internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest and client experience
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies
