Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full sales journey from enquiry to handover:

• Manage all incoming event enquiries via phone and email
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through strong sales techniques
• Negotiate rates and finalise contracts with clients
• Coordinate closely with hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue
• Support repeat business through relationship building and follow-up

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a driven Sales & Events Manager with the following:

• Previous experience in a reactive hotel sales environment
• Strong background in Event Sales within hospitality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries
• A proactive approach to revenue generation and client service
