Key Responsibilities

In this Sales Coordinator role, you will:

• Proactively approach corporate clients to sell event packages and spaces
• Respond promptly to new enquiries and nurture client relationships
• Organise and coordinate vendors, site visits, and event logistics
• Plan and support the smooth delivery of upcoming events
• Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
• Produce quotations and written confirmations to all clients

What we’re looking for

To succeed in this Sales Coordinator position, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as an Events Coordinator or Events Agent
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, sales-driven mindset
• Confidence working with clients and suppliers at all levels
