Role: Restaurant Manager

Rate of pay: £16.53 per hour including holiday pay

Platinum Recruitment support this hospitality venue in the Bursledon and Hampshire area, and we have an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager on a temporary, 4-6 week basis, with the potential of becoming a permanent placement.

What’s involved?

This role involves working in a vibrant independently owned, fresh food venue. With days off being Wednesdays and Thursdays, this popular setting will keep you busy for 45/50 hours a week.

As a Restaurant Manager in the Bursledon area, you will support our clients on the F&B side of the business;

• Training and motivating the team.
• Dealing with complaints and handling guests’ requests.
• Speaking with kitchen for guests needs and menus.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
