What’s involved?
The Restaurant Supervisor is charged with supporting all aspects of the restaurant, including developing an unrivalled guest experience, supporting the senior team with training of new starters, working with the Head Chef establishing menus and gaining knowledge of the ingredients and where they are sourced from.
The role would suit a Restaurant Supervisor with similar experience or coming from a well-established 4 star background and someone looking to develop their Seafood knowledge.
