• Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (depending on experience).

What’s involved in this Restaurant Manager role:

• Overseeing daily operations of the estate’s signature bar and kitchen, ensuring a bespoke service for residents and high-net-worth guests.
• Managing a dedicated front-of-house team, including recruitment, training, and rota management.
• Handling inventory, supplier relationships, and departmental budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Working closely with the marketing and events teams to deliver seasonal promotions and private estate events.
• Maintaining impeccable standards of health, safety, and food hygiene across the site.

What’s required?

• A strong background in Restaurant Management, specifically within 4/5-star hotels.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
• Financial acumen, including experience with POS systems and cost control.
• A polished, professional manner suited to a high-profile, luxury environment.
