Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the restaurant, ensuring the service is smooth, friendly, and entirely guest-focused in a premium setting.

• Champion the menu’s focus on the very best British produce and guide the team in delivering knowledgeable service, particularly around the handpicked wine list.

• Manage financial performance and operations without losing sight of the human element of hospitality.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Rosette-level or equivalent premium dining establishment within the UK hospitality sector.

• A natural host with a friendly, welcoming presence who leads from the front.

• Full Right to Work in the UK is essential; we are looking for candidates currently living within a commutable distance to West London.
