What’s involved in this Restaurant Manager role

• This position is responsible for all the restaurant and bars operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and associate satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Develops and implements business plan for restaurant and bars.

What’s required?

• Previous experience with a branded Hotel at management level.
• Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
• Ability to lead and develop their team
• Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
