What’s involved in this Operations Manager role:

• Plan and direct the Restaurant operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that your department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
• Commercial Management
• Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.

What’s required?

• Proven track record of successfully establishing and directing a team within the luxury Branded hotel market.
• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
• Prior experience at senior leadership level within a branded environment.
