Platinum Recruitment is working with a distinguished, world famous distillery in Scotland and we are on the lookout for some dedicated and passionate pastry chefs who love to cook with fresh ingredients to a high level to assist. Do you have rosette or michelin experience and looking for work?

You will work in a small team to create Michelin-level dishes for a 40-cover restaurant that is open to the public on weekends and has a relaxed yet high-end feel to the room.
The distillery is open Monday to Friday, exclusively for private events and high-value customers ranging from 2 to 24 covers.
