This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef or Cook who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing high-quality, nutritious meals.

As a Relief Chef, you will:
* Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and guests in a brasserie-style setting
* Plan menus and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Manage stock, monitor food costs, and minimise waste
* Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Have previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar environment
* Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
* Are adaptable, reliable, and work well under pressure
* Take pride in delivering high-quality food and service
