Key Responsibilities:

As a Pastry Chef, this role will involve:

• Assisting with the daily running of the pastry kitchen
• Creating high-end English desserts and pastry items
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting senior chefs and contributing ideas
• Ensuring consistency and high presentation standards
