Key Responsibilities:

As a Pastry Chef, this role will involve:

• Assisting in the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen
• Preparing and presenting high-end English desserts and pastry items
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Supporting senior chefs and contributing to menu development
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all pastry dishes

• Some previous pastry experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level or similar
• A genuine passion for pastry and high-quality ingredients
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
