What’s involved?
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations of the pastry side, of the business from stunning patisserie for the afternoon tea – to Rosette standard desserts for ala carte menus.
This position would suit someone who has a wealth of creativity, worked in some high end restaurants and that wants to make their own stamp on a already successful pastry section to push it forward.
There is the possibility on live in on site.
