What’s involved in this Operations Manager role:
- Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service. Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback. – Day-to-day operations: Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
What’s required?
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of London Hospitality Market
