What’s involved?

Your primary goal will be to maximise sales and operational efficiency while demonstrating strong, professional leadership. You’ll work alongside the Executive Head Chef and jointly report to the Estate Owners.

Key Requirements:

• Experience at an F&B Manager or Operations Manager level
• A background in fine dining
• A can do attitude, with a hands on approach
