Key Responsibilities:

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient reservations processes, including:

• Processing all reservations and telephone enquiries in a courteous, professional manner
• Managing incoming emails and messages quickly and accurately
• Delivering warm, professional responses to guests and providing all relevant stay information
• Ensuring bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed to hotel standards
• Updating availability the hotel’s CRM system

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong attention to detail:

• Previous nights experience advantageous
• Minimum 12 months of reservations experience
• Experience with Opera Cloud is desired
• Confident communicator with guests, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service focus
