We are currently recruiting a Mobile Catering Supervisor to join the team covering sites at HMP Parc in Bridgend, HMP Erlestoke in Devies, HMP Wymott in Leyland and additional support to other sites if required. Ideally you will be South Wales based and willing to travel, as there could be some overnight stays.

Requirements:

• Chef experience
• Your own reliable transportation with business insurance
• Must have lived in the UK for 5+ years
• Must be able to pass security vetting
• Flexible team player who doesn’t mind travelling and overnight stays if required

What’s involved?

In this role, you will be working in a large kitchen, or multiple different kitchens with a team of chefs and assistants. You’ll be ensuring that tasks are being appropriately allocated, so all members of teams care utilised and all food preparation activities are in line with the site’s standards.

You’ll also be responsible for ensuring an efficient execution and delivery of all food products in line with the daily menus, as well as maintaining integrity of the sites standards of food they offer, including their quality; whilst simultaneously being accountable for the stock flow and rotation of the product within the unit.
