Key Responsibilities:
In this Marketing Executive role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering digital campaigns across multiple markets, including email and Social Media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Monitoring platforms for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, responding professionally and promptly
- Optimising campaign performance using ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and paid advertising platforms
- Analysing performance data to refine content and improve audience engagement
- Working closely with internal teams to support wider Marketing and promotional activity
- Preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to hear from Hospitality candidates who offer:
- Experience as a Marketing Executive, or a Marketing Coordinator within hospitality with a minimum of 2-3 year’s experience
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Confidence handling phone conversations and liaising with internal teams and external agencies
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team
- Strong digital marketing skills, with an interest in content, campaigns, and performance analysis
- A proactive mindset and the right attitude to grow within a supportive environment
- Car driver desired as you must be prepared to travel occasionally between Slough and London
