We are recruiting for a Management Accountant in Waterlooville, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving organisation. • 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday (with ad-hoc home working)

Key Responsibilities:
As Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in overseeing financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making:

• Take ownership of financial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Produce monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage cashflow and working capital, including forecasting
• Oversee transactional finance including payroll, VAT, and billing
• Reconcile balance sheets with full supporting schedules
• Prepare KPI reporting and variance analysis for senior stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Lead the annual audit process and maintain strong financial controls
• Assist with system improvements including finance software transitions

What we’re looking for:
To be successful as a Management Accountant, you’ll bring the following:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or QBE considered
• Proven experience in a similar Accountant role with strong technical knowledge
• Solid understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel and good systems knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Confident communicator who can work across all levels of the business
• Experience within hospitality or related sectors would be advantageous
